Hotel Bookings

2.1. When making a booking through the App, you will be required to provide specific information such as your desired location, dates, amenities, and price range.

2.2. The App will generate a list of available hotels that match your criteria. However, the hotel names and addresses will be hidden until after the booking is confirmed.

2.3. Once you have completed the booking process and payment is made, you will receive an email or notification with the hotel names and addresses within nearby locations.

2.4. Metro Tonight is not responsible for any issues or disputes that may arise during your stay at the booked hotel. Any complaints or concerns should be addressed directly with the hotel.

Payments and Cancellations

3.1. Payment for hotel bookings made through the App is required at the time of booking. Metro Tonight accepts various payment methods, and all transactions are processed securely.

3.2. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel and are provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to review and understand the cancellation policy before making a booking.
